So Long Island University men's basketball team (my old school) won the North Eastern Conference(NEC) for the second year in a row.. The guys will move onto the NCAA March Madness.. We find out on Selection Sunday, March 11th at 6pm who the Blackbirds will be facing..

Christopher George Latore Wallace better known as The Notorious B.I.G., was born on May 21st 1972 in Brooklyn, NY.. On March 9th, 1997 Wallace was killed by an unknown assailant in an apparent drive by shooting in Los Angeles, California.. He was 24 years old..
